Hello - Hello Fans,

Yes, its been too long due to heavy work and others work commitment..
We did some rides also but didnt manage to take good pictures.

Bit of info from our last XC ride its about 35km in total as in 1 loop, all in 1 climbing, down hill, gravel and the best SINGLE - TRACK in the shades :-)..its only about 45minutes drive from Kota Kinabalu city

1st rest point, its about 10km from the starting point, refreshing clear water stream..

Single-tracks in the shades, very fast and cooling

bit technical but this is all about Mountain Biking..

Hi Guys,

Million apology for being very slow uploading the blog due to heavy schedule but ride is always on tuesday & thursday Owl ride and weekend XC

We also take this opportunity wishing All our Muslim Friend's 'Selamat Berpuasa'...

Below photo's is our last XC ride before Ramadhan start from left Rezal, Ino, Zam Jom jom, selester & Rayner

We started at 7am and to Zam Jom Jom suprised to conquer the moma's behind us, straight ascent for about 400meter..

As you can see, somebody is at the top 1st and manage to take this photo, still not half way..

Still ascending..

At the top of the hill..this is how you rest after a hard climb..hehehe steady bah bro..

Entering to the best part single track..

Nice and shaded..

Fun's begin, paddling power Chain VS Leg = Leg winnn's..No problem for Ino to fix it only take a second, so make sure next time ride bring a mechanic and a chain ring with you!

Traffic jam in the single track..Digi man infront and we are singing 'Iwill follow youuu"

Its been very wet so far and Muddy trail, but hey this is all about mountain Biking ..

Mr Jom catching some breath and it was a nice day where all the way were shaded

Not many use this track so obvious on the bushes just be extra careful on riding

No worries guys no need gps on this track..

Out from the single track and heading home, but still 1 moma's to go infront, didnt managed to take picture coz no battery..

Refueling after 25km ride yep the 1 and only Fish kon law men, hope I spell it correctly, yum yum and You must go there and try and see the recipe behind it..

Tudan - Kiulu Track - 24th April 2010

Hi Hillbiker's Fan!..here we go again with another new Adventure track with our newest member from right Lan,Ino & Potoi potoi 3rd from the right..this is their orientation ride that they CANNOT forget ;-).. as always our GP thanks again to Mat..

The track start from Gunung Emas and ends at Kiulu and yes it sound never ending but YES we did it cross over unlimited mama's (crocker range ) estimated about 38-40km, the track consist of pushing and carying bike, we start at 0900hrs and reach ending point at 1800hrs..

Fueling up before the start coz we have to drive about 30minutes from Penampang to the starting point, so we have enough time to digest whatever for breakfast..and please notice that all are still smiling by than as excited and anxious to ride this new track..(cross finger hehe)

The start was DH about 10km on this earth road, which hitting the brake which we have to stop to cool it off..and fine gravel make's it very loose but lucky the road is wide and heard in few years time this road will connects Kiulu..

Cant help it must take this shot..and that day was a fantastic weather..Lan took video and hope to upload it as soon he finish editing..

1st village we met and only about 2-3house in this village and notice power is supply by using solar, which subsidies by gov..

Our lunch stop at about 1230hrs..

Continued and Lan showing off his plastic bike(carbon) and yes it is an advantage to have a light bike on this track..
150meter long old bridge, we cross slowly and have doubt it might break hehe

We arrive at the ending point, and actually more drama along the way but didnt manage to take it on my camera..
we was the last to arrived it was almost dark...

Another 3km ride to this canteen, lucky is still open for re-fuelling, tired, sweat and tireed face, but YES we did it! congrats guys and will meet again in our next Adveture!

Hi Biker's & Fan! Lets venture in to our recent 3 track in a day..yes 3 track - Pine's Track(Bundutuhan), Rock Garden Track(Mesilau) and Fast Track(Tibabar) and only 3 riders..Special thanks to our Ground Pilot Mr Rahmat..10April 2010

1st track is the Pine's track, Jerome riding into the shady n cooling DH..

Still in the Pine's Track, apology pine pic not in this camera hehe...

Melvin ascending a small hill, its almost noon and sun quite hot but lucky it was at the highland and pretty windy and chilling breeze..

Can't help to take picture of Majestic Mt Kinabalu..the only shot in the whole south east asia..

Like I was saying, the only shot where you can get awesome rider and awesome Mountain ..:-)

Half way thru into rock garden..breezee is very refreshing and chilling

muddy track also got, imagine if its raining here, sure bike get dirty..but fun..

This is rock garden, about 2km rock track all d way and can be very technical ride, advantage for long fork and for sure fullsus..

This track is combined with agriculture experince, as you know Kundasang is the area where Temprate Vegetables are born!..pointing at tomatoes..

Nabalu Track

Hello Biker's and Fellow Fan's, Again apology for the late update due to busy work and roll roll roll... Here we are again on an adventure riding from Nabalu - Kiulu(Nulu) with 40% UH & 60% DH..and only 4 rider's up to this challenge, the rest HHCS ;-)

Pushing not because big mama's but the view on the right which mike's is looking are wonderfull!

MTB is all about getting up close and personal with mother NATURE..

Starting DH all the way to kiulu, we have to stop to chill out the brake's as HYDRO brake are a bonus on this track..

Satisfaction after riding up to that big Mama!

Ending point met up with this kids happy faces and yeah WORLD PEACE is an international language..

raining Cats & Dog when we start ..race postponed 15minutes thou rain still continues..women category 5 rounds, veteran 8 rounds and men open 10 rounds, but all minus 2 rounds due to rain..

Hi guys! another superb ride with the MIRIAN bikers, they spend 4D3N here in KK and start their adventure epic ride and as you can see pack with all boxes in the bus..plan to warm up for night ride but it was raining cats & Dogs....

since the 1st day, this truck have been carrying the bike, they start from Sabah Tea, sorry guys if cant join you damm diaarreaaaaa...if not you I would have the pic posted..

As ussual, Togop Kiulu is the PERFECT trails for new bikers and always tumb ups!..o by the way got new name for the trails SINALAU BAKAS ( BABI HUTAN in malay) wakakaka
see if i get all name right..from the right Terence, abby, selester, Jerome, lexter,thomas, ang nga, ah ken,ah kok and the KING..sorry guys some i forgot!

Mountain Bike Adventure Trails ~ 4D/3N ~

Hi guys, We did recce for a 4Days/3Night package which covered most of the desire elements Nature, Adventure, History, People and Culture..mixed with easy/Medium/Hard Terrain on a unpaved road and single trails..
Day 1 - Night Urban Ride..20-30km
Day 2 - Start Sabah Tea on 7-8KM plantataion Loop with a cool break at the Sapaon river..

As you can see the trails is surounded by Sabah Tea - Sabah Tea BOLEH!..I also put in an educational tour for the Tea Processing..

We will stay overnight at the Rungus Longhous, sharing bathroom outside 'Back to Basic!..but it's CLEAN because this is maintain under the tourism department of Sabah Tea..

Room can be Twin or Tripple..not recomended for HONEYMOONERS..no sound proof ;-)

No parking charge for bikes so no worries...

Trails can be quite technical if its raining mixtured with rock and loose gravel..
Down to Sapaon River for a break ...

Optional to swim if time permits..cool fresh from the mountain..

Low tide look easy but imagine if its high tide.

Day 3 - After visiting fish masaging in the morning, let's roll to the 'DEATH MARCH TRAIL' hard pedalling on the 1st 6-7km, thats what mountain biking all about...

Connecting to Kundasang Old road passing thru Pine's trees...recommend to use wind breaker this route ...
Overnight on the 3rd night in Kinabalu Pine Resort...nice place overlooking Mt Kinabalu in the morning...

Last Day, we drive to Togop and riders will enjoy the single trail passing thru small bridge and rivers...

End up in Kiulu and rest before get wet & wild down to Kiulu Rapids...And feel free to Join free jump with the local boys...Thanks for viewing

Hello biker..today we roll at Togop -Kiulu around 16km.downhill 70km/perhour... some new member Wil,Man & Abby...n ada juga yg appeal balik la , takut kepunan..

Stop and rest, today its so hot but so far all okay...if you zoom in crazy this guys are smoking tambah napas kunun!!..
Ni biasa la nie..ambe gambar ja every stop ..tourist hehehe

Hello bikers..Today we rolling downhill from Gunung emas to Tudan-Tuaran Poring-kg sungai 17km extreme downhill gravel road..2.30hours maximum speed 50km/perhours..

Only 1km trail..trail condition..40% hardcore but fun..naik tiada change naik basikal.all the way surungBanyak yang curam.all most kami semua malabuk 2 kali..lebih tinggi dari bukit padang tapi pendik saja..but very nice for down hill buli katakan grade 4 lah...but trill...view cantik..every 0.10km ada salib..beware kena langgar...kalau jatuh tidak sakit the grass mcm capet..all bike must try....ini trail bro untuk belajar how your balancing your bike..get a skill..but really fun

Starting Point and check point willl be at The Peak then...hardcore downhill section...but up to 3th junction will be uphill again for extremely speed downhill at killer downhill...will be test you bike and mind to control your bike....killer downhill shown at 3-D view attachment....

The last points will be at Jalan lama kinarut bridge.. i also no idea where it is.....

Hello2... here we are again..hehe.. last saturday kita orang pegi corsscountry sana 1st trail, actualy 1st kita orang mau naik pegi kasih sayang resort d kionsom..tap tinggi e22..mati separuh jalan sudah giveup. so last2 kita orang balik lor p 1st trail..hehe..
but this time kami naik dari tamalang silou than kluar d kitobu.. short distance but enjoy ride..

Ni la jalan mau p kasih sayang resort..imagine la mau tolak basikal 5.2km naik saja.
I think its around 50-60 degree la.. ni pun baru 200m from junction.

hehe kami p short riding yesterday, 2 org ja mike & me (Lyster).. jalan rata ja sikit ja bukit.
Tapi payah eh byk anjing 2 tau..hehe. This riding just take about 1 hour, i think less than that.
Hope kita ble arrange new riding season lagi.. mana suda ba ni 2 kawan.. bila lagi mau berkumpul nii... Ada gambar sikit tap quality very poor..
